The Wet Room

Heat and cold, steps apart, the way contrast therapy is meant to be practiced.

The Sauna

Spanish cedar was selected for the sauna interior for reasons beyond its beauty. The wood contains natural oils and compounds that actively resist bacteria, mold, and mildew, the primary hygiene challenges in any shared heat-and-humidity environment. Where other woods can harbor microbes in a warm, damp setting, Spanish cedar suppresses their growth naturally, without chemical treatments or sealants that would off-gas in high heat. The result is a sauna that stays cleaner between uses, maintains healthier air quality, and releases a subtle, calming aroma from the same oils that protect it.

The Cold Plunge

A commercial Blue Cube cold plunge with hospital-grade filtration and UV sanitation, positioned steps from the sauna for true contrast therapy. Like the sauna, every session is private, 45 minutes, and booked through the lifestyle director on the community app.

The heater

HUUM: Estonian-made, designed for better heat.

HUUM (spelled with a double "u") has earned its reputation on a few fronts:

  • Heat quality

Their heaters hold an unusually large volume of stones for their size, up to 100 kg in the Hive models. More stone mass means softer, steamier, more even heat and better löyly (the steam burst when you ladle water), closer to a traditional wood-fired sauna feel than the harsh, dry blast of typical electric heaters.

  • Design

They are genuinely beautiful objects. The Hive and Drop heaters have won Red Dot and other design awards, with a minimalist sculptural look that fits a high-end wellness space rather than looking like industrial equipment.

  • Smart control

HUUM pioneered app-based control, so you can preheat the sauna remotely, set schedules, and monitor temperature from your phone. For an HOA-managed amenity, that also means staff can manage sessions and shutoffs without being on site, and the built-in safety timer satisfies unattended-use concerns.
